Do I need healthcare experience?

No. Previous healthcare experience is not required. Slim Active provides comprehensive training to prepare you to operate your clinic. We are looking for motivated, hands-on business owners who are passionate about people, wellness and growing a successful local business.

What is included in the R249,000 Licensed Agency?

The R249,000 Licensed Agency is designed for a clinic with 2 treatment rooms and a reception area. It includes access to the Slim Active brand, systems and operational support, two weeks of comprehensive training, and ongoing marketing and business support. Shopfitting is excluded.

What is included in the R500,000 Signature Turnkey option?

The R500,000 Signature Turnkey option provides a more complete clinic setup with 4 treatment rooms and a reception area. Shopfitting is included, together with Slim Active systems and operational support, two weeks of comprehensive training, and ongoing marketing and business support.

How long does Slim Active training take?

Initial Slim Active training takes two weeks and is designed to give you the practical knowledge and confidence needed to operate your clinic within the Slim Active system.

What ongoing support will I receive?

Slim Active provides ongoing operational, business and marketing support to help you establish and grow your clinic. You’ll also have access to established systems and the support of the Slim Active brand.

Can I open a Slim Active clinic anywhere in South Africa?

Slim Active business opportunities are available in South Africa, subject to area availability and approval. Your preferred location can be discussed during the application process.

Is shopfitting included?

Shopfitting is included in the R500,000 Signature Licence Opportunity (Turnkey). For the R249,000 Standard Licence Opportunity, shopfitting is excluded and will be for the client’s own account.

Is there a monthly licence fee?

Yes. The current Slim Active monthly licence fee is R2,000. Working capital is also required in addition to your initial investment.
